A couple of years ago the Sunday school classes at my church had a door decoration contest. I made a suggestion on my Spanish “Idea Box” page giving the teachers this idea. So, why not put it here? Maybe it will trigger some ideas for this Christmas. It doesn’t have to be Christmas. Anytime is a good time to do some decorating!

God bless you! Have a great day!
THE WORD FOR THE DAY: Don’t show off your charity!
Matthew 6:1-4. Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Colossians 3:23-24. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
