Have you ever had a Swedish Princess cake? Yesterday I was writing an article about hospitality and my Princess Room. The interesting thing was that I was invited to my sister Agneta for an evening meal. Guess what we had? Princess cake!
Before the cake we had an open-faced sandwich, very typically Swedish. Those kinds of sandwiches you eat with fork and knife.
Mary didn’t know about the Princess cake, so she had baked a cake. We saved that one for dessert on Saturday when my brother Lasse and his wife will come to visit.
It was a special occasion–Agneta and Ola’s wedding anniversary.
Agneta is my youngest sister—The smart one and the funny one. If you ever want to make the tour of your life to Peru, you need to go with Agneta and Ola. See INKARESOR.SE. The tours are in Swedish, but I don’t think Agneta would mind having English-speaking passengers. In November she and Ola are having another group of tourists to guide on interesting adventures in beautiful Peru.
Ola takes beautiful pictures of flowers.Let me share some with you. I have many more, so there will be more some other time.
This one is not a flower, but still very beautiful.
